Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission is available via our Online Submission System. Abstracts must be submitted to AOCNR 2015 through this website before June 10th, 2015 June 30th, 2015. All abstracts must be written in English. All submitted abstracts are reviewed by the Program Committee before their acceptance. Although notification of receipt of a submitted abstract will be automatically sent by e-mail, its acceptance as well as the session number will be decided by the Program Committee. The author can indicate preference on presentation style for oral, poster or either at the time of abstract submission. However, the final decision of presentation style is also made by the Program Committee, and your understanding and corporation are highly appreciated.

Oral Presentation

Except for plenary and symposium speeches, each oral presentation is 8 min long, which includes 6 min for presentation and 2 min for discussion. Only a projector and personal computer (Windows) arranged by the organizing committee will be available in the session rooms. If you use Macintosh, please bring your own PC.

Contributors are requested to prepare their presentations transferred on a CD-ROM or memory stick and carry it to the conference venue. Installation of files into the main computer should be done at the PC preview center. Please visit PC preview center & finish data installation by at least 30 minutes before your presentation time. The oral presentations should contain previously unpublished or unreported observations.

Poster Presentation

All posters will be on display at Poster room. No oral explanation time is scheduled in both poster and session rooms. Poster panel size is to be advised later. Presenters are encouraged to prepare poster copies as handouts.

Featured Symposia

Topics and programs for Featured Symposium are determined by the Scientific Program Committee in advance. Thus, the presenters of symposium are limited to the person who has been authorized by the committee.

Guidelines for abstract preparation

Any contribution to oral & poster must be completed by submission of an abstract. All abstracts must be written in accordance with the guidelines given below. Abstract submission deadline is strictly by June 10th, 2015 June 30th, 2015. For more details, please refer to the template as well.

  • Title of paper must be typed in Bold and only the first letter in each word should be capitalized.
  • The presenting author's name should be underlined.
  • Put affiliation as well as country information.
  • Main text need to be less than 300 words and set in A4 half size “doc.” or “docx.” text. In case you include figures, equations, or images, the main text need to be less than 250 words.
  • The abstract should contain previously unpublished or unreported observations.
  • Case report is acceptable as an oral or a poster presentation.
  • All abbreviations must be defined at the first time they appear in the text, before being used as an abbreviation only.
  • Structured abstracts are mandatory (except presenting "case report"). The abstracts should state clearly, “Purpose”, “Methods”, “Results” and “Conclusions”.

Modify and update your submitted abstract

Abstracts may be changed only while the call for papers is underway.

You can modify or update your abstract as following.

1)Click on the above "Abstract Submission" Button.

2)Enter your log-in ID and password to log-in to your "My Page"

3)Click the "Abstract: Add/Confirm (Edit/Cancel)" button in the "Abstract Submission" field, and click the "Edit" button to revise your submitted information/abstract.

4)Click the "Next" button to proceed the confirmation page.

5)After you check your revised information/abstract, click the "Submit" button to complete the procedure.

After the end of the call for papers period, no amendments, changes, or additions whatsoever to the English abstract text, authors (either first author or co-authors), or affiliations are permitted.

Please take great care to ensure that no mistakes are made in affiliations and that no important co-authors are omitted.
